This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number WS5004840045 dated April 30, 2025 with a closing of May 23, 2025 at 11:00am (PDT). Limited To Indigenous Offers: This requirement is limited to Indigenous offers. The services required under this contract include, but are not limited to, the following: -Design build engineering services, -Traffic management, -Site grubbing and stripping, -Common excavation, -Excavation including ditch construction, subgrade preparation, and slope stabilization if required, -Removal, supply, and replacement of CSP culverts, -Rock excavation including blasting, scaling, and rock slope stabilization, -Supply of aggregates which may include aggregate production, -Supply and placement of subgrade fill, granular subbase, crushed gravel, and Class 3 BST for the new road surface, -Milling of BST and hauling offsite, -Highway line painting and sign installations, -Topsoil placement and hydraulic seeding.
