CRC also occupies leased premises in Twizel, Amberley, Kaikoura, Lyttelton, Cheviot, the Christchurch Bus Interchange (part), a residential property in Tekapo and a house used as an operations base part of the year at Fisherman’s Point, Lake Ellesmere. Our requirement is for the outcome based delivery of core Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) consisting of Compliance and best practice routine maintenance tasks, reactive maintenance, scheduled Opex and discretionary Capex works in accordance with our Asset Management Plan.
