As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include a sole-source brand name requirement for G&W switchgear model PR40-378-12-40FB with SEL relays \n\n \n\n This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in the Special Notice.
