PIN_2026_0334: Proof of Concept ICT Capability for Regulatory and Register(s) Functions

Description

The Clean Energy Regulator (the agency) is issuing a Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) to suppliers with relevant experience and capability to support current and future regulatory and registry functions through ICT capability. This procurement is being conducted as a two-stage process. This REOI represents Stage 1. The agency is issuing this REOI with two main objectives - information gathering and shortlisting for Stage 2. The REOI seeks to understand market capability, solution approaches and implementation considerations, and will be used to shortlist respondents for participation in a subsequent Proof of Concept (PoC) procurement in Stage 2. As part of Stage 2, shortlisted respondents from Stage 1 may be invited to provide a quote in response to a Request for Quote to design and deliver a PoC. Detailed requirements, minimum content and format requirements, evaluation criteria and response requirements are set out in the REOI documentation. Respondents must participate in Stage 1 to be considered for Stage 2. Participation in this REOI does not guarantee progression to any subsequent stage of the procurement process and does not create any contractual obligation on the CER.
