Saginaw Products Corporation, as the sole developer, designer, and manufacturer of the item and part number outlined in the attached spreadsheet, owns the proprietary data and as such is the only source with the knowledge and expertise necessary to manufacture the item and part number identified in the attached spreadsheet.
