Amendment 003 and 004 raised to correct the number of years for contract in the Annex Aggregated Tables 1-4, 004 was raised to correct the years within the Annex Pricing Tables 1-4 Amendment 002 raised to extend closing date, 23 Dec 2025, due to incorrection within table 3 and 4 of the Annex Aggregated Table. Amendment 001 raised to insert correct information regarding Aggregated Pricing for tables 3 and 4 File Number: W8486-260259 LSVW Repair & Overhaul Transmission with containers PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Repair and Overhaul (R&O) of Light Service Vehicle Wheeled (LSVW) Transmission with Torque Converters to carry out all necessary processes required to return the items to a fully serviceable condition. The work includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repairs, overhaul, reassembly, calibration, testing, and packaging & preservation process. The following items will be required to be serviced: Transmission with Torque Converter 40 EA, 2520-21-910-8777, Shipping and Storage Container 40 EA, 8145-21-910-7513, also, with a repair cost for beyond the economical repair (BER) of light service vehicle with wheels (LSVW) The work under this requirement will be carried out over a 2-year period from the effective date of the contract award. The crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
