2026 - Framework agreement for damage limitation and redevelopment services.

Description

The framework agreement for damage clearance shall ensure damage minimisation after water, fire and environmental damage to Trondheim municipality ́s buildings. Trondheim municipality ́s buildings are approx. 1,200,000 m2 divided between multiple buildings, residences, purpose-built buildings and schools/nurseries. The entire buildings are located in Trondheim municipality. The work to be carried out will e.g. be for demolition, removal, sealing, sealing and any handling of asbestos-containing materials as well as transport of waste from such work. Trondheim municipality has separate framework agreements for reconstruction of construction work in several disciplines that will be used for the execution of work after damage limitation and redevelopment, and the framework agreement does not include such work.
