Call for External Collaborator- SIYB Master Trainer for the Institutionalization and National Roll-out of the SIYB Training programme under ILO PROSPECTS Jordan (Phase II)

Description

The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking an ILO-certified International SIYB Master to support the ILO and JEDCO in the capacity as an External Collaborator to: (iv) Facilitate a strategic workshop with JEDCO focused on institutionalization, national roll out and sustainability mechanisms (iv) Select, train and certify a new cohort of SIYB trainers through a full ToT cycle including GYB, SYB, and IYB modules (iv) Support the roll-out phase of the trainer candidates to end beneficiaries; evaluate and certify the trainers, and implement a quality assurance system for the SIYB training roll-out. (iv) Oversee and support the 12-month implementation period with JEDCO, ensuring smooth roll out of the SIYB, quality assurance and long-term sustainability of the tool.
