Request for InformationResponses are invited for the provision of leased office accommodation for the below requirement:Premises comprising of circa 1,900 square meters (sqm) of net lettable area (NLA). The premises must have a minimum of 750 sqm ground floor space and suitable for customer service delivery.Site must be located within Mackay, QLD as depicted in the attached Location Map.Premises will ideally be situated close to commercial and retail precincts with good access to public transport and car parking.Lease term:Preference for Seven (7) years, with two (2) options of three (3) years each.Lease and operational commencement no later than 1 December 2027 with early access on 1 September 2027.Minimum Ten (10) secure and covered car parking bays with three (3) having dedicated EV charging points.Minimum Grade ‘A’ office building design based on ‘A Guide to Office Building Quality’ (Property Council of Australia 2019)DDA compliant. Building classification to be suitable for office accommodation including customer service delivery.24/7 security and staff access.Provision of energy and sustainability in accordance with the Net Zero in Government Operations Strategy.Note: The proposed area may be altered by plus or minus 10% at the agency’s discretion.
