Commissaries are an important inducement to recruitment and retention of skilled personnel, while simultaneously holding down taxpayer costs. Surveys consistently rate the commissaries as one of the military’s top non-pay benefits. Many young service families benefit from the price savings provided by the commissaries. \n\n The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, food products, miscellaneous operating supplies, and other items unless otherwise specified, necessary to operate a well-stocked In-store Seafood Market Resale Operations to include “roadshows” offering a variety of items in quantities to satisfy patron demands, ensure savings, increase sales and maximize patron satisfaction at three Florida commissary locations including Jacksonville NAS, Mayport NS, and MacDill . \n\n The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a Single Source. For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. \n\n Contact Information \n\n THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. \n\n Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
