Request for Qualifications – On Call Real Estate Appraisal Services

The City of San Antonio (“City”), through its Capital Delivery Department (“CDD”), is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to obtain Statements of Qualifications from Professional Appraisers interested in providing On-Call Real Estate Appraisal Services on an as-needed basis throughout Bexar County, Texas. Services may include valuation of residential, commercial/industrial, and undeveloped land; temporary and permanent easements; market and rental analyses; and miscellaneous valuations for partial or full property acquisitions. The City intends to select one or more qualified Respondents for non-exclusive contracts under the terms of this RFQ.
