The scope of work includes modification and renovation to the fire alarm, sprinkler, electrical, telecommunication, and HVAC systems as well as installation of new interior finishes within the space. The allocated construction period for completing the specified work is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
