Canada is soliciting bids for the provision of accommodations, meeting rooms, and meal services required to host a summer course to be held from May 19 to August 20, 2026, on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND). This request for proposals is structured into three (3) distinct requirements: Component 1: Accommodations Component 2: Rooms Component 3: Food Services Bidders are authorized to submit a proposal for one, several, or all components, depending on their ability to meet the technical requirements described in the request for proposals documentation. Each component will be evaluated independently, and separate contracts may be awarded. Suppliers must ensure that the proposed services meet all requirements specified in the statement of work and related documentation.
