This portfolio of procurement opportunities is initiated to address long-standing, critical deficiencies in New Zealand's health digital infrastructure. The strategic imperative for this investment is rooted in the current state of health technology, which has been identified as a "primary blocker to achieving national health goals. Health New Zealand’s digital strategic direction is to consolidate, standardise, and fill gaps in the existing application landscape as we move toward national platforms. This procurement will be delivered in partnership with the GCDO, who have a system leadership role for All of Government (AoG) digital procurement.
