The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) China, invites qualified suppliers, to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the provision of Digital Marketing Services. The Terms of Reference (TOR) are detailed in Annex A of this document.
