Kennedy Park is a popular Napier holiday park set over 5.7 hectares, with accommodation options, including: § Two-Bedroom Villas: 12 units, each accommodating up to four people, featuring a kitchen, bathroom, dining, and lounge area. § Deluxe Ensuite Holiday Units: 8 eco-friendly two-bedroom units that can accommodate up to eight people, with full kitchen and dining facilities. § One-Bedroom Holiday Units: 10 units located in a unique curved wing, sleeping up to four people, including a kitchen and bathroom. § Ensuite Holiday Units: 15 units close to the pool and playground, sleeping up to six people, with kitchen and dining areas. § Double Studio Motel Units: 20 ground-floor studios for two people, equipped with a kitchen area and bathroom. § Powered Campsites: 92 sites for those who prefer camping, fitted with power points for safety and reliability 1. It is intended that NCC will retain land ownership (the lessor) and will lease the land where KPR is located to an external party (the lessee) for 20 years with a 10-year right of renewal, with the potential sale of the above-ground assets providing maximum flexibility to the lessee to develop and manage the property during the term.
