HDC 26/010 Demolition of the Rutherford Block at Queen Mary Hospital

Hurunui District Council is looking for a suitably qualified Contractor to provide services for the demolition of the Rutherford Ward building located at Queens Mary Hospital Hamner at 20 Amuri Avenue, Hamner Springs. The Rutherford Ward is a 2,700m2 single story structure constructed of predominantly unreinforced masonry in the early 1940’s. The outcome of this ROI process shall be to short-list suitable Contractors who will then be invited to provide a tender submission to undertake the work.
