Specifications are defined in the Annex: Statement of requirements Products must be delivered before May 20 2026.Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration.
