Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Carderock has a requirement for contractor services to design and deliver a comprehensive training program. This program shall equip designated government teams with the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary to conduct qualitative data analysis and translate findings into compelling impact narratives. The service portion includes the development of a curriculum, facilitation of virtual workshops, and an in-person capstone event. The goal is to enhance skills in qualitative data collection, analysis, and narrative storytelling to better articulate the value and impact of NSWC initiatives.
