The primary form of servicing may be a landfill, an incinerator, and/or land application. This RFP relates to professional services to support a Biosolids Landfill Options Assessment (BLOA) and includes: • Developing a generic landfill option, • Site screening, • Options assessment, • Provide the technical inputs to a MCA (developed separately), and; • High level site-specific design to achieve a P50 cost estimate. Site-specific landfill option(s) will be compared to other servicing options (eg incineration, land application) to select a preferred biosolids servicing solution. To provide independence between the biosolids servicing options being considered, Watercare intends to appoint different consultants for each of the servicing options.
