Video Directly Observed Therapy (“VDOT”)

Description

The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), on behalf of the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), is issuing this Solicitation to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide Video Directly Observed Therapy (VDOT) services.VDOT enables DSHS staff to remotely observe Clients taking tuberculosis (TB) medications using video technology as an alternative to in-person Directly Observed Therapy (DOT). The VDOT solution must support both real-time video observation (Synchronous VDOT) and recorded video submission for later review (Asynchronous VDOT).
