Memphis, TN, intends to make an award to single responsible \nentity for the removal and installation :The contractor will provide labor, equipment and materials needed to complete the project. \n\n The contractor will complete the following: \n- Shut off the main power feeds to the existing electrical panels and \nutilize the Lock out Tag out procedures. \n- Disconnect the current power feeds from the one (1) old \nUninterrupted Power Systems and remove them from service. \n- Install the 3- position switches on the load side of the UPS \nsystems for ability to swap between the UPS and utility power \nsource. \n- Install safety disconnects on the line side of the UPS systems to \nallow for maintenance and or replacement. \n- The contractor will provide one (1) Uninterrupted Power systems \ntype 9355-30 for the Communication and Control Center. \n- The contractor will provide Battery cabinets type 9355-30 Part \nNumber: KA1512100000010 \nfor the Communication and Control Center.
