{"description":"A potential requirement exists for the remanufacture of the C and D model F-16 for the ADG and JFS. These are part of the Engine Starter System (ESS). The purpose of the ESS provides main engine starting capability on the ground and in flight for emergencies. This repair consists of overhaul including complete or substantial tear-down into component parts. The overhaul processes used by the contractor shall bring service life back to the reconditioned items that would resemble the originally manufactured item. The Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs) will be restored to a nearly new condition (but not necessarily cosmetically new) in a facility owned and/or operated by the contractor. Vendors must be deemed a Qualified Source to be eligible for award. Please see detail below and attached RQRs for additional information. A test stand will be necessary for requirement. All interested parties must respond on or before 31 October 2025 1700 MST.
