Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Developing a work plan and training needs assessment tools; Designing a draft training package (methodology, materials, trainer guidance); Delivering and facilitating validation training sessions and collecting participant feedback; Revising the training package based on validation results; Presenting the adjusted package to the State Chancellery; Finalizing the training package based on institutional feedback; Preparing a final report assessing training effectiveness and providing recommendations.
