Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: I. A proposed model of intervention based on a review of existing ILO models (e.g.: TREE, SIYB) II. A blended competency-based training package for Job Search Clubs facilitators composed of a-synchronic contents on Articulate 360, a facilitators’ manual for face to face and online sessions, and assessment methods. There should also be a downloadable version of the package. III. A blended competency-based training package for Job Search Clubs master facilitators composed of a-synchronic contents on Articulate 360, a master facilitators’ manual for face to face and online sessions, and assessment methods.
