As part of Tranche 2 reforms that is due to be completed by December 2025, the New Zealand Treasury is updating the BBC templates and guidance. We are seeking respondents with the capability, capacity and track record to deliver this update. The New Zealand Treasury is committed to upholding its obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi). The successful provider will be expected to incorporate te ao Māori perspective in delivering these services. We are not looking for a provider to replace the Better Business Case framework or create additional business case stages.
