This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in Federal Acquisition Regulation of FAR Part 12 and 13. \n\n Please see the attached Combination synopsis/solicitation, Performance Work Statement, Pricing Schedule, Contract Clauses and Provisions, DD254, Wage Determination, and Brand-name justification for details. Offerors are required to utilize the Pricing Schedule document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. \n\n The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached Pricing Schedule. \n\n In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov).
