The existing roofing material on blocks A,C,D,H,L,M & Q has reached end of life and needs to be replaced to help ensure the weathertightness of the building. - Metal roofing replacement & removal of existing translucent roofing panels and replacement with trafficable translucent roofing, including integrated wire mesh reinforcement. - Rainwater Systems – Downpipes uPVC, Gutter Colorsteel 125mm Box Gutter with external brackets. Fascia & Barges - Flashings to be replaced, materials and thicknesses to be selected according to location and function. - Cleaning of existing membrane roofing. Preferred work to be completed during school holidays.
