Building 51 Painting and Flooring Replacement

The project includes removal and replacement of approximately 1,500 square feet of carpet tile, VCT flooring, cove base, and transition strips, as well as preparation and painting of interior walls and door frames. Work will be performed on an active, secure federal campus and will require coordination with NIST personnel, adherence to safety and security requirements, and accommodation of night and weekend work to minimize operational disruption. \n\n The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Statement of Work.
