Prime Contractors and Subcontractors welcome. \n\n Project Scope : This program will utilize two Design-Build (DB) Solicitation Packages consisting of five Bachelor Enlisted Quarters Buildings per package. Package 1 will be executed at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point.
