{"description":"Description of purpose work nature and volume:\nThe Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to completely perform the required construction work for the Relocate Infusion Clinic and Hemo Offices (539-21-207) All work shall be completed in accordance with the project drawings and specifications.\nThe scope of work involves renovate approximately 2,056 gross square feet (gsf) of Building No 1 for relocating the Infusion Clinic and Hemo offices to 4 East. This project will relocate the infusion clinic from 4 south to the east side as well as relocate the Hemo/Oncology Offices from the second floor to 4 East next to the pharmacy hazardous compounding area. Work includes general construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology trades for a renovation of the space. There is additional work outside the 2,056 gross square feet as part of this project to support the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology required for the project. Asbestos and lead-based paint abatement is part of this project. \nA full list of requirements and further details are provided in the project drawings and specifications.\nThe above construction Statement of Work (SOW) constitutes a basic outline of work and in no way outlines all details for the construction of this project.
