All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2025-09-14 at 2 p.m. EST. All bids submitted after 2 p.m. EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada requires the services of a high-wing, twin-turbine aircraft that can each accommodate five DFO passengers to conduct systematic and search transects for whales (particularly North Atlantic right whales) small cetaceans and other marine species over the waters of the Gulf of St Lawrence, the Bay of Fundy, the Scotian Shelf and off Newfoundland.
