Framework Agreement for Consultancy Services for Public Procurement Expertise Assistance

Description

The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel agreements with two suppliers for consultancy services in public procurement expertise assistance. BKK's section for "Procurement and Contract" has overall responsibility for procurement in BKK. The supplier shall assist the section with procurement and procurement expertise assistance during the framework agreement period. The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure that the section always has access to qualified consultancy assistance within the procurement area. The framework agreement is intended to help during periods of increased workload, understaffing, long-term absence, and similar situations. It is desirable that the same resources assist the contracting authority to achieve optimal resource utilization and continuity. The timing and duration of the assistance will depend on the need. The agreement includes the following service areas: Main service area: Procurement expertise assistance/Operational procurement expertise assistance Service area: Legal assistance Service area: Other procurement-related services, including strategic assistance, development work, conducting courses, etc.
