Potential Sources shall respond with their ability to provide these services as outlined in the draft Statement of Work.\nThe North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code being considered for this procurement is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is Q301 Reference Laboratory Testing. The Small Business Size Standard is 19 million. Responses to this notice shall include the following: \n1. Company name\n2. SAM UEI number \n3. Company s address,\n4.
