The monitoring devices are necessary for monitoring patient sleep patterns to determine the severity of sleep apnea for diagnosis and treatment. The Watch-PAT300 with Digital RESBP (Central Plus) Kit meets all requirements as a reference for this brand name or equal requirement.\n\nSleep apnea is associated with several health complications such as heart failure, strokes, and depression to name just a few. Proper diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea have shown to improve overall patient health, as there are numerous factors that contribute to sleep apnea which can only be identified by recording patient sleep patterns. \n\nGENERAL REQUIREMENTS:\nContractor shall provide 20 reusable portable sleep monitoring units.\nSpecifications set forth in this statement of need are minimum specifications and shall not be construed as limiting the overall quality, quantity, or performance of the instrument. \nThe offerer shall meet or exceed the minimum requirements and shall be held responsible for the performance and overall quality of the requested instrument during the instrument s warranty period.\nThe instruments, based upon the specifications requested, shall be the newest and the most current model.
