Description

By the present procurement procedure EIT Urban Mobility, hereby being referred to as “EIT Urban Mobility” or as “EIT UM”, aims to identify an Events Agency, hereby being referred to as “Events Agency” or “Tenderer”, based in Barcelona to support in the planning, organisation and delivery of a range of events for the EIT UM network and EIT UM team members, as described in Section 2.3 of this Request for Proposals. The selected Events Agency will provide professional event management services, including supplier coordination, budget management and onsite support, contributing to the successful delivery of each event. In addition to logistical expertise, EIT Urban Mobility highly values creativity, innovation and a proactive approach. The selected Events Agency will be expected to bring forward ideas, recommendations and practical solutions that enhance the overall event experience and support the achievement of event objectives. The Events Agency must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
