Orders will be placed when needed throughout the season and shall be for a \nminimum of 15 tons per order. Delivery shall be completed within 7 days after the receipt of the order. Since \nloads are based on bulk truck delivery payment will be made based on actual amount delivered. Contract will \nbe for 1 base year and 3 optional years.
