This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C26026Q0674 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Medical Gas System Testing, Inspection and Maintenance for the Puget Sound VA Health Care System in Seattle and Tacoma, Washington. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, and be registered and certified as an SDVOSB in the SBA database at the time of offer and award, to be considered eligible for this solicitation.
