The University of Bergen wishes to enter into an agreement with a service provider for the recruitment and ongoing implementation of online opinion surveys related to the national infrastructure KODEM. KODEM will consist of four panels: the Norwegian Citizen Panel, the Norwegian Politician Panel, the Norwegian Public Administration Panel, and the Norwegian Journalist Panel.
