Reason for Sole Source: The middleware that facilitates communications between the laboratory analyzers and the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS)/Electronic Health Record (EHR) medical software and this contract will provide the licenses necessary to use the software. \n\n 3. Period of Performance: Date of award plus one year. \n\n The synopsis doesn not constitute a soliciation, however, if any interested parties beleive they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convinicing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
