Framework agreement for legal services in the Norwegian Communications Authority.

Description

Nkom intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to six tenderers for delivery of legal assistance within six different legal sub-areas. The objective of the framework agreements is to ensure that Nkom ́s need for external legal assistance is safeguarded in periods or within areas where the company ́s internal capacity or competence is not sufficient. Legal assistance within the relevant sub-areas can i.a. include legal consultancy, training, case handling, handling disputes as well as any hire of lawyer resources.
