Procurement of Videoconferencing (VC) equipment and Accessories

Description

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) invites eligible and qualified vendors to submit bids for the procurement of VC equipment and accessories to support multi-camera event setups (e.g., BMR and MFH), enhance device connectivity and compatibility (Poly, Neat, and DANTE-enabled mixers), and improve operational flexibility through wireless capability and extended HDMI/USB transmission. This also includes essential items for power, BYOD support, and cable management to ensure safe and efficient event operations.
