Introduction Country: Bangladesh Description of the Assignment: “Adaptation Initiative for Climate Vulnerable Offshore Small Islands and Riverine Charland in Bangladesh” is a five-year project implemented by the Department of Environment (DoE) under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. It started in January 2023 and is financed by the Adaptation Fund. The objective of this consultancy is to conduct the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the UNDP-supported Adaptation Fund (AF) financed project titled, ‘Adaptation Initiative for Climate Vulnerable Offshore Small Islands and Riverine Charland in Bangladesh’ (PIMS 6172) implemented through the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MOEFCC). The project started on 29 June 2021 and is in its fourth year of implementation. Period of assignment/services: 30 working days over 3 months (Oct - Dec 2025) Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
