Tendering Text: For the establishment of one or more Long Term Agreement(s) (LTAs) for the Supply of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning (RAC) Equipment, Reclaim Centre Equipment, Laboratory Equipment for Reclaim Centres, Refrigerant Analyzers, Demonstration Units and Energy Efficiency Project Equipment Primarily for Global United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Montreal Protocol Projects (worldwide). Your Bid must be submitted in TWO (2) SEPARATE PARTS, one of which shall contain the Technical Bid without price(s) and commercial terms via e-Procurement portal. The other part shall contain the Commercial Bid with price(s) and commercial terms in hard copy documents commercial offer in pdf and excel format with attached USB stick and is to be submitted in sealed envelope via registered post. Bidders must provide evidence (tracking number) that the commercial proposal has been sent prior the submission deadline. The operational and technical part of the proposal should not contain any pricing information on the equipment/services offered.
