DLA Weapons Support intends to enter into a firm-fixed price, long-term contract(s) (LTC) with a maximum contract period of five years, consisting of one five-year base period and no option periods. An escalation percentage will be used to adjust the pricing for years two through five. \n\n The estimated annual demand value is $386,200.81 , the estimated five-year value is $1,931,004.05 and the contract maximum is $3,862,008.10 . This acquisition will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15 – Contracting by Negotiation \nto acquire the noncommercial NSNs.
