Works must be delivered to required technical standards, supporting WBOPDC’s objectives longevity, and value-for-money maintenance delivery. You must submit all queries via the question and answer functions on GETS. Please pay attention to the pre-conditions, in particular, that the solvency letter must be authored by a Chartered Accountant specifically. Letters authored by anyone other than a Chartered Accountant will not be accepted.
