Framework agreement and maintenance contract operational control water and sewage, Sirdal municipality

Description

Sirdal municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement and maintenance agreement with one and the same tenderer for operational control water and sewage. The contracts include: • upgrading existing operational control for water and sewage (first call-off on the framework agreement) • framework agreement for automation systems for water and sewage systems • service and maintenance agreement for the delivered operational control and automation systems. The agreements will be valid for 4 years, with an option for an extension for 2+2 years. Maximum 8 years. The framework agreement has an estimated value of NOK 11.5 million. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 13.0 million.
