EOI for Thames Central Office - Accommodation Solutions

Thames-Coromandel District Council (TCDC) invites respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of accommodation solutions for TCDC’s Thames-based administration and service delivery functions. We are not prescribing a solution. This EOI is deliberately open ended and we want to hear from the market about the full range of options available to us; from developer-led models through to land sale and new build, refurbishment partnerships, co-location, joint ventures, and any other innovative models respondents wish to put forward. This is an opportunity to shape a significant, long-term civic facility outcome in the heart of Thames. TCDC is committed to moving to a final decision within a six-month timeframe and is approaching this engagement with an open mind. Nothing is off the table.
