This relates to the design and construction monitoring for a new inclusive and accessible playground at Saxton Green, Richmond/Stoke - the key items of work are; - Progress the basis of design and high-level layout plan already completed through consultation with our community and iwi partners - Continue consultation in partnership with the Council and develop final concept, detailed design and tender documents (including construction drawings) - Assist with procurement, construction management and defects monitoring.
