Due to unforeseen circumstances, normal competition processes cannot be followed without unacceptable delays and potential risk to patient care and facility operations.\nSole Source Rationale:\nHEALTHCARE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (HFMA) is the only known source that can provide the certifications within the required time frame.\nImpact of Delay:\nIf not acquired immediately, essential services will be disrupted.
